Purchase of services

To access Bestått.no you must register as a customer.

The account is created when you purchase a product, and registration requires a valid mobile phone number or email. Sharing the account with others is not permitted.

If sharing is suspected, the account will be deactivated, and you agree that you will lose the right to a refund.

The term of the product you choose starts as soon as the purchase is completed. The product will be valid from the time of purchase and for the number of days stated in the product. You agree that the right of withdrawal is waived as soon as access is granted, in accordance with applicable legislation on digital services.

The service is available 24/7, with the exception of maintenance and unforeseen errors.

Pass guarantee

If you fail the theory test at the Norwegian Public Roads Administration, you will be given the option to choose between getting your money back for the last 30 days or a new 30-day access free of charge. The guarantee only applies once. To qualify, you must meet the following requirements:

• It does not apply to free or discounted accesses.
• You must have completed a minimum of 20 tests.
• The last 10 exams must be passed.
• You must pass 10 sets of tasks within the topic "Speed and Position".
• You must pass 7 sets of tasks within the topic "Submission".

To get a refund or a new 30-day period, you must:

• Complete the theory test at the Norwegian Public Roads Administration no later than 7 days after the end of the period at Bestått.no.
• Send a copy of the result to Bestått.no by email to [email protected] no later than 7 days after failing the test.
• Include the customer's username (mobile or email) in the email and specify whether you want a refund or a new period.

Personal information

Bestått.no stores the customer's name, username (mobile/email) and a list of approved payments.

The username will only be used for direct communication. Personal information will not be shared with third parties. The data is stored as long as necessary to fulfill the services, and the customer has the right to request access, change or deletion of personal information.

Cookies

Bestått.no uses two types of cookies. The first is used by the practice module and stores data such as the users' answered questions and history. This is necessary for the solution to work between sessions and provide a better user experience. This cookie must be enabled in the user's browser for the service to work.

The second cookie belongs to Google Analytics and is used to track usage patterns and marketing via Google services. More information about this cookie can be found here. There may also be cookies associated with social media such as Facebook, but these are not controlled by Bestått.no.
