What is Bestått?

Bestått.no is a service that helps you prepare for the theory test at the Norwegian Public Roads Administration. We have tests for many different driving license classes, and you can practice through our website.

How does the pass guarantee work?

If you fail the theory test at the Norwegian Public Roads Administration, you will be given the option to choose between getting your money back for the last 30 days or a new 30-day access free of charge. The guarantee only applies once. To qualify, you must meet the following requirements:

  • It does not apply to free or discounted accesses.
  • You must have completed a minimum of 20 tests.
  • The last 10 exams must be passed
  • .You must pass 10 sets of tasks within the topic “Speed ​​and Position”.
  • You must pass 7 sets of tasks within the topic "Submission".

To get a refund or a new 30-day period, you must:

  • Complete the theory test at the Norwegian Public Roads Administration no later than 7 days after the end of the period at Bestått.no.
  • Send a copy of the result to Bestått.no by email to [email protected] no later than 7 days after failing the test.
  • Include the customer's username (mobile or email) in the email and specify whether you want a refund or a new period.
